Prior to any treatments, you will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire about yourself and your health concerns so that I can determine the best course of treatment.
You can download a copy of the Client Questionnaire from the links on the right of this page, either as a Word document or as a PDF file.
It is also important for you to observe a few simple Do's and Don'ts after Treatment. So please download and read the Treatment After Care information from the links on the right of this page.

The practice is located off Kingston Road, and is situated beside Nelson Hospital, which has an adjacent public car park. Bus routes K5, 152, 163 and 164 pass right outside, en route from Raynes Park and Wimbledon main line / tube, Merton Park tram stop, and South Wimbledon Northern Line Tube station. Wednesdays and Saturdays:
From March 2010 I will be practicing all day at Laban Health on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
09.00am – 5.30pm
6.00pm - 9.00pm. Wednesday evenings ONLY, from 21st April.. No need to miss work now - have your appointment in the evening!

You do not have to be a dancer to get treated here - I welcome everyone! I am also going to be working with musicians from Trinity College.

Discounts for children, students and OAPS are available, so please ask me.
Cancellations
The full charge will always be made for late cancellations or for missed or 'forgotten' appointments, unless there is an exceptional reason.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, you must give 24 hours notice.
Missed appointments keep everyone waiting, especially those who are in pain and require urgent treatment. It is with regret that because of the inconsiderate behaviour of some clients, my policy on cancellations is now as stated.
