Prior to any treatments, you will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire about yourself and your health concerns so that I can determine the best course of treatment.
You can download a copy of the Client Questionnaire from the links on the right of this page, either as a Word document or as a PDF file.
It is also important for you to observe a few simple Do's and Don'ts after Treatment. So please download and read the Treatment After Care information from the links on the right of this page.

Appointments are also available in Camberwell, South London, SE5. Please download and complete a 'Client Questionnaire' with your request.
Some local home visits might be available.
Charges:
Camberwell - £40.00
Home Visits - £50.00+ (depending on journey time).
Weekends:
Appointments by arrangement only.
An additional charge may be made.
Discounts for children, students and OAPS are available, so please ask me.
Cancellations
Missed appointments keep everyone waiting, especially those who are in pain and require urgent treatment. It is with regret that because of the inconsiderate behaviour of some clients, my policy on cancellations is now as stated below.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, you must give 24 hours notice. The full charge will always be made for late cancellations or for missed or 'forgotten' appointments, unless there is an exceptional reason.
